At Tapison.com, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving your item. Please review our return and refund policy below for details.
#### 30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it
- Unworn or unused, with tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

#### Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
#### Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

#### Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.
#### European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As with our standard return policy, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
#### Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
