Choice and delivery are great, but it was a bit disappointing that a stain appeared on the carpet quickly. We didn't fully understand the care/pre-treatment instructions on the website.

Prior to placing the order, I contacted a staff member. They were very friendly and provided good advice. The website looks clear and organized.
